    Positioner with rack jack and ball guide

    Use: Allows positioning heavy overhanging loads on a plate bracket fastened between the jack and the ball carriage, which controls both the load and accuracy, while adjustment occurs by means of the jack/rack system.

    State of supply Complete with 1 reinforced drive rack jack (see Part 4678), 1 ball guide (see Part 4737), 2 clamps for rack/track bracket fitting in shot peened aluminium.

    The supply does not include the fastening bracket. Fastening indication.

    Characteristics: The brake eliminates loss of position caused by external factors (e.g. vibrations).

    Warning: If you use the knob for movement, the brake does not fully lock the position in order to protect the internal transmission devices.

    Standard pack: 1 piece.

    TECHNICAL DATA:

    Max. nominal torque transmissible: 12 Nm

    Rack's travel per turn: 1 knob turn

    = 8 mm of rack travel.
